If you are having trouble loading the online giving page, please follow these simple steps:

First of all, in your Internet Explorer Browser Window click on the "Tools" menu button and select "Internet Options"

Next, click on the "Privacy" Tab and click on the "sites..." button.

next type in "collectorsolutions.com" (without the quotations) and click on the "Allow" button

The dialog box should now look like the image below.

Now click the "OK" button.
