KNOW...About 2 to 4 of every 1,000 people in the
United States are "functionally deaf"? How do they
know unless they "hear"? The purpose of the Deaf
Ministry is to reach deaf and hard-of-hearing
individuals and their families for Christ. We
encourage you to come and see the exciting things we
have to offer the deaf community!
Services
Our deaf
church meets every Sunday at 10:00am in Building D
for a time of worship, dynamic preaching and small
groups. This one-of-a-kind service allows
those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing to come and be
comfortable in an environment especially tailored
for them and their worship desires.
All of our
main church services are also interpreted for the deaf and hard-of-hearing.
These services include Sunday morning at 9:30 &
11:00 a.m., Sunday
evening services at 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday evening
singles services at 7:22 p.m.
Discussion
Groups
Come and
visit our discussion group and discuss topics of
interest to you! Our group consists of deaf and
hard-of-hearing individuals and meets at 11:00 a.m.
immediately after the deaf church on Sunday morning.

Language Classes
With a vast
array of sign language classes, we provide the
opportunity for people to learn how to communicate
with the deaf community. These classes include:

is geared towards those who would like to become
professional interpreters. Upon completion of this
class, you will be able to take and pass the written
state exam for qualification in the state of
Florida.

will focus on expressive and receptive interpreting
